You are strictly prohibited of unauthorized sharing, distributing, downloading, exporting, copying, reselling, or re-broadcasting the photo's and video's of Tiger. Using these photo's and video's requires explicit permission via PDF or email. Tiger is a huge part of the WildlifeoPedia Family™ and distribution & sharing in any form is strictly prohibited, unless otherwise stated. All following licensing terms only apply to the content which is owned by WildlifeoPedia™.
WildlifeoPedia™ reserves the right to update these licensing terms at anytime to ensure the content allows use under certain conditions while still protecting it. Any music used in video's is not owned by WildlifeoPedia™ (used under licensing terms) and therefore, these terms do not apply to any of the music used in video's. Use of Canva & Pixabay content at WildlifeoPedia™
WildlifeoPedia™ uses content from Canva & Pixabay under Canva's Licensing Terms and Pixabay's Licensing Terms. Note that WildlifeoPedia™ does not claim any of the rights to the Canva or Pixabay content. The Canva & Pixabay content is primarily used to improve the WildlifeoPedia™ logo even further. WildlifeoPedia owns the content of the koala, cat, zebra, spotted hyena, and elephant on the logo, these photo's are protected under copyright law. WildlifeoPedia™ does not have any official collaboration or endorsement with Canva or Pixabay and acknowledges that the creators reserve all of the rights to their content they create.
Under what circumstances can I download WildlifeoPedia™ content?
If the image is explicitly listed to have won a voting poll on YouTube, you may only download the image if proper attribution is provided. This includes showing the logo and handle of WildlifeoPedia™ (@WildlifeoPediaTM_80ForWildlife). If you wish not to have to provide clear attribution, please contact WildlifeoPedia™ to get any access fees or other requirements. If the Copyright symbol (©) is shown along with an image, you are required to seek permission to use the content here.
Can I use the WildlifeoPedia™ Logo?
The photo's of the koala, zebra, cat, hyena and elephant are all owned by WildlifeoPedia™ and are protected by copyright law. However, the green banner behind the text (saying WildlifeoPedia™), the tasmanian tiger, the sustainability symbols, and the subscribe bell are not owned by WildlifeoPedia™ and you are therefore free to use these images under the licensing terms of the providing party.
